Life hack when you’re doing gallery walls for next time - you can trace the shape of the frame onto some paper and cut it out (l usually just use newspaper). You then arrange the paper on the wall how you want it with blue tack. Once you’re happy just nail straight through the paper (the paper can just rip off) and wallah, perfect nail placement and it’s all ready to just hang the art up !! 😍

As health anxious girlies it is hard not to get overwhelmed by all the things you could be doing to might help your body but remember you are already doing a lot :* it's ok to just do what you feel like. you know your body best
