Redited: I just realized my mistake earlier. This is a no left turn area. I did not see that no turn sign in the background. The driver did make an illegal left turn. The biker also needs to be more cautious about how he rides. He had plenty of time to slow down before. No car driver will expect a bike to pop out of their blind spot at 40 miles per hour. Technically, both parties are at fault here. Luckily everybody made it out okay. (And my apologies to some of the cry babies in the replies) 😂
