The Savannah Way. A 3,700km run from Cairns to Broome and at its heart, the brutal gravel crossing of the Gulf of Carpentaria. A million corrugations, hundreds of kms between fuel, and wildlife that'll eat ya for supper. Few Aussies ever see this country and Off Grid is driving right through the guts of it. Graham teams up with Jade and Cody from the Hunter Valley, with a BT-50 and Harvok campers in tow. The mission: follow the Savannah Way from the mining town of Mt Isa, across the Gulf and into the Northern Territory, all the way to Mataranka. But nearly 2,000km of washouts, creek beds and corrugations takes its toll. Saltwater crocs get closer than anyone would like. And with well over 300km between fuel stops, Out here there's no such thing as an easy kilometre. 👇 Drop it below: 📍 What's the toughest track you've taken to get to a dream destination? You’re misunderstanding or misrepresenting how power works. Your kettle uses exactly the same amount of watts to boil water no matter what the voltage is. Watts = volts x amps. So 48v will draw 1/4 of the current (amps) as a 12v system but will consume EXACTLY the same amount of energy from your battery. Ie 48v x 25A =1200W. 12v x 100A = 1200W.
I’m loving the off grid series more than the car destroying other content. I’m old enough now that I don’t need to hurt myself going somewhere 😂😂
okay this was nice and it made my scrolling worthwhile.
Jade and Cody are the best can't wait to watch more of them.
Do yourselves a HUGE favor, get to Botswana and do a lap there. It's. minute in comparison to Australia, but it's a paradise!!!!
What a fantastic episode! Jade & Cody are the best! They are authentic AND genuine plus Graham is still a GOAT ❤
Enjoy watching this series far more than an hour of blokes getting bogged and destroying vehicles. Makes you want to get out there and enjoy this beautiful country, thanks for sharing with us.
Legends! I love the Off-Grid series. I do still really enjoy watching Graham and Shauno together though.
Grab a cold beer 🍺. Site back and enjoy. 🇦🇺
The energy used is the same use ohms law just smaller cross section cables efficiency na

I like the new Sheila already…keeping graham on his toes lol
Oh jeez Graham. That explanation of 48V systems and amps was just WRONG. Next time something sciencey needs explaining, please get Jocko to do it. But you redeemed yourself with the sunset shots of the riverside cliffs. 😍
Best off grid episode I’ve seen
Wooohooo just in time
34 seconds early, never been this early
New crew! Welcome aboard guys to my favourite series ❤

Thank you for another enjoyable off grid series. Liking your new room mates so much better ❤
oh my god, Grahams denim shorts. I tell you what, those would make a fantastic auction for a charity event! Give them a signature and a few photos alongside it in a frame
