No one seems to understand how Japan works and it clearly shows if your (promoted) to this you are pretty much being told you have brought shame to us and we are gonna make social life hell. key aspect here if you have no social life you won't find a job in Japan it's almost mandatory you as an employee go out with your employees drink have a good time socializing a person who don't socialize is considered rude and selfish and often gets outcast for it which Is worse then losing a job you're social circle can depict if your a good person if you're a hard worker if you're x y z and helps get you promotion more money status Japan isn't for lazy people
