My head canon is that Kimiko got enhanced durability due to growing resistant to the enriched uranium, Butcher had rage and adrenaline which helped him to throw hands with a stronger opponent (kinda like Mark vs Conquest), Ryan got a zenkai boost after his previous fight with Homelander, and recovering from a lot of damage, and Homelander's speed was still insanely fast, but they slowed it down to better show the choreography. Gotta make a lot of excuses for the finale to make any sense. Edit: Yo, I thought people would realize that I'm joking, lmao.

After getting the compund V from soldier boy, he didnt note that that was the original. The original compund V had side effects, and he was under the effects of them. Thats why he was do weak. Orrrr he lost the power of CGI
