Just days after Karen Bass stepped down from the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) Commission, the Feds say more than $14 million was allegedly stolen from LA homelessness programs. Prosecutors say Young used fake companies and fraudulent documents to funnel millions in taxpayer dollars toward a nightclub, luxury vacations, vintage cars and commercial real estate.
