DEI is not reverse racism. It's straight up racism. Reverse racism isn't real.

I still cannot believe that saying that the color of your skin matters more than merit is the norm for leftists.

It was hard growing up in the 70's, 80's and 90's while trying not to be racist. Why? Because blacks were always being racist towards me, and I never did anything to them. It's like they WANTED me to be racist towards them, but I caught their trick and refrained from being what they wanted me to be - social destruction and conflict.

There's only one race- the human race. "All have fallen short of the glory of God"(Romans 3:23), but JESUS, God in the flesh(John 1:1-14), lived a perfect and sinless life on your behalf. God took your punishment on Himself on the cross so that when He looks on you He sees you robed in His righteousness(2 Corinthians 5:21). If you believe on Him as your Savior you will be saved!(John 3:16, Romans 10:9-10) "It is the gift of God, not of works, so that none may boast"(Ephesians 2:8-9).❤

I agree, every job should be based on merit, experience, and education depending the type field of the job. It shouldn’t just be handed to someone. The best way to stop racism is to stop talking about it and incorporating it with everything not just the job field. We are all Americans; we shouldn’t see race or skin tone.

Those who always insist on talking about racism ARE racist! Only when you can ignore color and judge based on merit can you rightfully refute claims you are racist.

Racism is taught. As a kid I couldn’t tell the difference between Dr phill and Steve Harvey and would mix them up but now we are forced to see people for their skin colors not character
