Most foreign students go to the most prestigious universities that have huge endowments. Harvard endowment is $56.9 billion, Stanford's is $40.8 billion, Yale 's is $44.1 billion, Princeton's is $36.4 billion. I don't think the university NEEDS their tuition to survive!

Why do they have to study here? Why can’t they finish their studies where they are from? Their university should open a program of their students studies so they can complete their degrees. How does them not being able to complete their studies because their university does not have the program they need become our problem?
